Egg Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham, fried, drained and patted dry
3 slices white bread, crumbled
1 c. shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. table mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Layer the meat, bread and cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour over layers.
