Artichoke Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 cans artichoke hearts
    1 small box fresh mushrooms
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Layer chicken in a 6 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Saute mushrooms in frying pan with olive oil.
    When tender, layer on top of chicken.
    Drain artichoke hearts; layer on top of chicken (reserve liquid from 1 can).
    Mix mayonnaise, cheese and artichoke liquid; layer on chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
