Cheese Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 lb. Cheddar (2 c. grated)
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 stick butter, softened
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Use pastry blender to combine ingredients.
    Form mixture into balls about the size of small walnuts.
    Freeze on a cookie sheet. When frozen, remove from cookie sheet and store in a freezer Ziploc bag in the freezer.
    Remove the amount you wish to bake and place on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve warm.
