Easy Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. cocoa
Preparation
    In large bowl measure 1/3 cup cocoa and remaining ingredients. With fork or wire whisk, beat just until blended.
    Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake about 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool cake in pan.
    If you like, sprinkle with 10x sugar.
