Fresh Sweet Potatoes And Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 sweet potatoes
    3 to 4 unpeeled red apples
    red hots
    butter or oleo
    brown sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel and cut sweet potatoes in 1-inch chunks.
    Core and cut unpeeled apples in 6 to 8 pieces.
    Put sweet potatoes and apples in a large casserole dish with lid.
    Dot with several pats of oleo. Add desired amount of sugar. Sprinkle with red hots and cinnamon.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until done, about 1 hour.
