Frito Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1 small can chopped green chiles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 to 3/4 lb. Fritos
Preparation

Brown meat with onion. Add chiles and soup. Cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with Fritos.
Pour in meat mixture.
Top with Fritos.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until set. Top with cheese.
Bake until melted.
