Chinese Style Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, shredded
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. thin diagonal slices celery
    1 medium green pepper, cut into thin slices
    2/3 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Heat butter in large skillet.
    Add vegetables and stir. Cover; steam 5 minutes until crisp-tender.
    Stir. Add salt and pepper, if desired.
    Stir in 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
    Yields 4 servings.
