Bass With Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. bass fillets
    margarine
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    tomato sauce
    milk
    flour
Preparation
    Place fish in a buttered baking dish and pour in the wine. Salt and pepper, cover and poach at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove the fish and the liquid.
    Melt some margarine in the dish and stir in 2 tablespoons flour and the liquid from the fish.
    Heat until thickened and add 3/4 cup milk.
    To this, add 1/2 cup tomato sauce and boil gently.
    Pour this sauce over the fish.
