Swiss Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. diced Swiss cheese
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 c. milk
1 c. dry breadcrumbs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in the approximate order they are given, then press it all into 1 big greased loaf pan, or use 2.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
