Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cut up chicken
2 boiled eggs
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1 medium onion, diced
pie shells
1 1/2 c. broth
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Boil chicken breast and onions. Drain. Cut up. Heat broth and butter. Add flour, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Add chicken, evaporated milk, onion and cut up eggs. Put into casserole and top with crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
