Meatballs In Sour Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 (12 oz.) jar mushroom or brown gravy
    hot cooked noodles
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium onion, halved and sliced
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, milk, onion powder, garlic salt and pepper.
    Form into 20 meatballs, using a rounded tablespoon for each.
    In large skillet, brown meatballs in oil; drain excess fat.
    Sprinkle meatballs with paprika; add onion.
    Cover; cook over low heat 10 minutes. In medium bowl, combine gravy and sour cream; pour over meatballs. Heat slowly, basting meatballs frequently.
    Do not boil.
    Serve over noodles.
    Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
