Clinch Mountain Vinegar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Combine sugar, eggs, vinegar, flour and water in double boiler.
    Cook until thick and smooth, stirring occasionally.
    Just before removing from heat, stir in margarine and lemon extract. Pour into baked pie shell.
