Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. butter, in pieces
2 c. Stove Top cornbread stuffing (canister)
3/4 c. mild salsa
4 chicken breast halves (boneless and skinless)
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix water and butter in 12 x 8-inch baking dish until butter is melted.
Stir in stuffing mix (in the canister) and 1/4 cup salsa.
Arrange chicken over stuffing.
Pour remaining salsa over chicken.
Cover with foil.
