Mozzarella Lasagna(This Is Good For People Who Don'T Like Ricotta Cheese.) - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. very lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can (approximately 14 oz.) tomatoes, chopped
1 can (approximately 6 oz.) tomato paste
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. cold water
6 oz. cooked and drained lasagna noodles
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In large pan, brown ground meat and drain well.
Add onion and cook until transparent.
Stir in chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, pepper and water.
Cover and cook, over low heat, approximately 30 minutes.
Mix often to prevent sticking.
