German Sweet And Sour Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 4 strips bacon
1 tsp. flour
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 qt. green beans, drained (reserve 1/2 liquid)
1 c. minced onions
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown bacon and then saute the onions.
Stir in flour.
Add water, vinegar and bean liquid.
Stir in the rest of the seasonings, bringing it to a boil.
Add the green beans and heat through.
Pour into serving bowl and top with crumbled bacon.
