4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. water or oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
4 boneless chicken breasts
Preparation

In large bowl or plastic bag, put all seasonings. Add chicken. Mix to coat. Bake in 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
