No Name Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small pkg. orange jello
2 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. vinegar
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 grated carrot

Preparation

Dissolve jello in water.
Add other ingredients.
Chill until jello sets up.
Serve on leaf of lettuce.
