Raisin Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Cup raisins
    1/2 golden raisins
    1 Cup water
    1 Cup shortening
    1 1/2 Cups sugar
    2 eggs
    3 1/2 Cups flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook raisins in water until it evaporates.
    Cool.
    Cream shortening and eggs till fluffy.
    Sift flour, salt and soda.
    Add to creamed mixture with raisins and vanilla.
    Mix well, shape dough into small balls.
    Roll in sugar.
    Place on greased cookie sheet and bade at 350 for 15 minutes.
