Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. fat
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 clove, chopped
2 1/2 cans kidney beans
2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. green pepper
1 c. water
Preparation

Melt fat in 4-quart pot, using medium heat.
Add ground beef and stir frequently to break up lumps of meat.
Add seasonings and blend.
Add vegetables and water.
Cover and simmer slowly for 1 hour.
Serves 6 to 8.
