Pineapple Cucumber Lime Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
    3/4 c. thinly diced cucumber
    1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    3/4 c. canned pineapple tidbits, drained
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O and salt in boiling water.
    Add cold water and chill until slightly thickened.
