Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. sugar
    20 Ritz crackers, finely crumbled
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine the pecans, coconut, 1/2 cup of sugar and cracker crumbs in first bowl.
    Beat egg whites stiffly; add sugar and vanilla.
    Fold in first mixture.
    Pour in buttered pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
