Ingredients

2 c. leftover cooked rice
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
Preparation

Heat milk to boiling.
Slightly beat eggs, sugar and vanilla; add milk.
Stir until smooth.
Add rice, nutmeg and cinnamon. Pour into baking dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes (or until knife comes out clean).
