Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. leftover roast beef
    1/2 c. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. beef or chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    2 lb. mashed, potatoes
    1 1/3 c. milk
    3 eggs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1/8-inch slices.
    Heat oil and butter.
    Saute onion.
    Add garlic and flour; mix well.
    Add broth, salt and pepper; bring to a boil.
    Add meat; cover and cook 20 minutes. Stir in parsley.
    Place stew in buttered dish.
