Tuscan Bruschetta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 baguettes
    6 garlic cloves
    4 Tbsp. olive oil + 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (6 oz.) can extra large pitted ripe olives
    3 Tbsp. capers, rinsed
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Cut baguettes into 1/4 inch slices diagonally.
    Lightly brush bread with 2 tablespoons of the olive oil and toast under broiler or over hot coals. Set aside.
    Combine olives, 6 whole garlic cloves, capers, lemon juice, oil and pepper in a food processor or blender.
    Process until finely chopped. Spread a thin layer of olive mixture on each piece of bread.
    Garnish with sliced cherry tomatoes and parsley, if desired.
    Serves 24.
