Turtle Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Deluxe Swiss chocolate cake mix (Duncan Hines)
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    14 oz. light caramels
    12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Place cake mix, butter (melted) and 1/3 cup evaporated milk in large bowl.
    Beat at high speed until well mixed.
    Place 1/2 the chocolate cake mix in greased 9 x 13-inch pan and press well into bottom.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes and cool.
