Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pieces bread (to fit in bottom of loaf pan)
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. meat
    1 egg
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Purpose of bread is to soak up meat \"fat\" as meat loaf cooks. Mix all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    About 20 minutes before it is done, spread ketchup on top and finish cooking.
