Cream Of Brie Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
butter as needed
2 c. chicken broth (canned or homemade)
1 small wheel Brie cheese, chopped (including casing)
1 c. milk or cream
dash of salt
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in a small amount of butter.
Add broth, then cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted, but do not allow mixture to boil.
Add salt and milk or cream; stir until all ingredients are blended and soup is heated through.
Do not boil!
