Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. canned pumpkin
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Grease and flour cookie sheet.
    Pour batter into pan.
    Bake until done (10 to 15 minutes) at 350 degrees.
    When done, put cake on a towel sprinkled with 10 X sugar.
    Roll cake up in towel.
    Set aside to cool.
    When cool, unroll cake and spread frosting on. Roll back up and put in aluminum foil.
    Store in refrigerator.
