Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken broth
    5 c. diced potatoes
    3 c. diced carrots
    1/8 c. flour
    1/8 c. butter
    1 lb. Velveeta brand cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. dill weed
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Bring chicken broth to a boil and add potatoes and carrots and let simmer for 30 minutes. Saut onions in a separate pan. Add flour to onions. Add onions to broth mixture. Add cheese and spices, stirring until cheese melts. Let simmer 15 minutes or until ready to eat.
