Grilled Shrimp Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. peeled deveined shrimp
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. honey
Preparation
    Thread shrimp onto wooden skewers, using 2 skewers per kabob to facilitate turning (1 skewer through the meaty part, 1 skewer through the tail part of each shrimp).
    Brush grill with oil. Combine melted butter and honey (or substitute 1 cup Italian dressing for butter and honey).
    Cook shrimp over hot coals, basting frequently with honey mixture or Italian dressing for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until shrimp are tender and no longer translucent in the center.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
