Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    confectioners sugar
    hot water
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick, sugar, egg,
    margarine
    and milk.
    Fold in 1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple.
    Bake
    15
    to
    20 minutes at 375\u00b0. Makes 12 to 18 muffins.
    While warm, frost with icing.
