Jamaican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pineapple slices
    6 half breasts of chicken, boned
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/3 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. dry instant coffee
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar, shredded
Preparation
    Place pineapple slices in baking dish.
    Top each slice with a breast.
    Dissolve bouillon in water.
    Combine with coffee, soup and salt.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Return to oven until cheese melts.
