Red Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. red cabbage, shredded
2 tart apples, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
3/4 c. red wine
salt to taste
Horseradish Jelly*
Preparation

Cook in deep skillet with top:
1 layer of onions in wine; add apples and simmer 20 minutes.
Add layer of cabbage and simmer 30 minutes.
When cooked, stir in 2 to 3 tablespoons Horseradish Jelly.
Serve warm.
