Pistachio Nut Swirl Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream, oil and almond extract; blend.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Combine sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
Pour 1/3 of batter into greased Bundt pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the sugar mixture.
Repeat layers and top with remaining batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
