Nell'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm milk
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in warm water
    flour
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well.
    Add dissolved yeast.
    Now, gradually add flour to mixture.
    Cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place until dough doubles in size (2 hours).
    Punch down and shape into rolls.
    Let rolls rise until doubled (about 30 minutes).
    Bake 20 minutes in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven.
    Brush tops with butter and serve hot.
