Salsa Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. salsa
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. celery salt
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. Minute rice (brown)
1 c. shredded Jack cheese
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan. Stir in flour and cook, stirring for 30 seconds. Stir in milk and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture bubbles and thickens.
Remove from heat. Rinse chicken breasts and roll in flour.
Brown on both sides in skillet.
Remove from heat. Stir in salsa, cheese and rice into white sauce, then pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Lay chicken on top and cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
