Chicken Barbecue Sauce(Makes 3 Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 pt. cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg, then add the oil and beat again.
    Add salt, poultry seasoning and pepper.
    Pour into jar, cover and refrigerate.
    The sauce will keep for several weeks.
    Don't let it become contaminated with chicken before using.
    This mixture is enough to use for 10 chicken halves. Makes 3 cups.
