Zucchini Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini squash, thinly sliced
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 can tomato paste or juice
    1 large can mushrooms, drained
    handful of rice (uncooked)
    fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a skillet, brown meat and onion. Layer meat mixture, zucchini, seasoning, tomato paste, mushrooms and rice in large baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
