1-2-3 Peanut Butter Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. granulated sugar or brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. Bisquick

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Blend peanut butter, shortening, sugar and water; stir until smooth.
Stir in Bisquick.
Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased baking sheet.
Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in Bisquick.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 6 1/2 dozen.
