Low-Fat Rigatoni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. rigatoni, cooked and drained
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (26 oz.) jar Healthy Choice meatless spaghetti sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (15 oz.) container fat-free Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Mozzarella low moisture - part skim cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute ground turkey, onion and garlic until turkey is browned.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce and pepper.
    Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
    In bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, skim milk and salt.
    Add rigatoni; toss to coat well.
    Spoon half the rigatoni mixture into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Top with half the Mozzarella cheese and half the sauce; repeat.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
