Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. finely cut rhubarb
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O (dry)
1 small can drained crushed pineapple (save juice)
1 pkg. white cake mix (dry)
1 cube margarine
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

In a greased 9\tx 13-inch glass baking pan add rhubarb. Shake dry jello over
rhubarb;
add drained pineapple. Add dry cake mix (to pineapple juice,
add
water to make 1 cup).
Cut margarine into thin slices
and lay margarine slices over cake mix.
Pour juice over all.
Add
nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool slightly. Serve with Cool Whip.
