Black-Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans black-eyed peas, drained
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 1/4 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Dissolve seasonings in oil and vinegar; stir.
Pour over black-eyed peas.
Add other ingredients.
Stir carefully.
Mix well and refrigerate.
Allow salad to marinate for several hours.
