Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) stewing hen
    4 to 5 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Boil hen until done, approximately 1 1/2 hours; remove chicken from broth mixture and remove skin and bones from chicken.
    Place chicken meat back into broth mixture; cook and additional 15 minutes.
