Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. flour
1/2 c. salted cashew nuts, finely ground
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. chilled whipping cream
2 (3 3/4 oz. each) pkg. lemon instant pudding
4 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon rind
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix flour, butter and cashews.
Press in bottom of pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
Bake until light brown, 15 minutes.
Cool.
