Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
8 slices American cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 beef bouillon cube
3 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
chopped tomato
shredded lettuce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Bake pie shell for 8 minutes; remove from oven.
Reduce oven to 350\u00b0.
In skillet, brown meat; pour off fat.
Add tomato sauce, green pepper, onion and bouillon; cook until bouillon dissolves.
Remove from heat and stir in eggs, flour and 6 cheese slices, broken.
Pour into shell.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
Arrange remaining cheese on top.
Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes.
Garnish with tomatoes and lettuce.
