Wild Rice And Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. wild rice, cooked
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 Bermuda onion, diced
    1 lb. mushrooms, sauteed
    1 lb. cooked lobster
    1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
    1/2 lb. cooked crabmeat
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion and green pepper in butter.
    Saute mushrooms separately in butter.
    Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs, and place in buttered casserole dish.
    Bake in moderate oven (325\u00b0) for about 30 minutes, covered.
    Remove cover, top with buttered crumbs and brown on top.
    This rich dish will serve 10 to 12 persons.
