Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (about 1 lb.) can pineapple slices
maraschino cherries
2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Set oven for 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle brown sugar in bottom of well-greased pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inch.
Dot with butter.
Melt mixture over very low heat.
Drain pineapple.
Place slices in pan with cherry in center of each.
