Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) bags frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. crushed crackers
Preparation
    Combine soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour over vegetables and mix. Pour into greased casserole. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven 30 minutes. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake 5 minutes longer.
