Ingredients

3 c. cooked eggplant
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 stick oleo
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 c. milk
18 saltines

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and bake in a greased casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
