Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large potatoes
1/4 c. margarine
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. grated onions and tops
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil potatoes in jackets.
Chill, peel and grate.
Melt margarine.
Add cheese, sour cream, milk, onions and seasonings. Toss all together.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
